Tips for making tortillas

• No tortilla press? Flatten dough (sandwich in plastic) to 1/16" to 1/8" thick using a heavy, flat pan at least 6" in diameter.
• If making tortillas for later, add 1 teaspoon of oil per cup of Masa Harina and the tortillas will remain soft and flexible after heating.
• Additional prepared dough can be wrapped and refrigerated for 2 to 3 days before using.
