Cooking Instructions

1. In a large saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, bring 2 1/2 cups (20 ounces) water to a boil.

2. Add 1 tbsp butter and the entire packet of Alessi Risotto. Stir while cooking for a minute.

3. Cover the saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer and cook, undisturbed, for 18 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and let cool for 3 minutes. Fluff and serve.
