From your pantry you need...
2 large eggs
7 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Allow paper to hang over all sides of pan. Beat eggs with an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or with a hand mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Apply brownie mixture. Add butter and beat on medium speed until smooth. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
