Makes one 9 x 5 inch loaf

From your pantry you need...

• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray or grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and olive oil. Add mixture and attach herb packet and mix until evenly combined. Pour into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with melted butter. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Remove from pan and let cool before slicing.

Varieties ...

• While mixing the dough, stir in half of the herb packet and sprinkle the other half over the loaf before baking.
• To the wet and dry ingredients, add 1/2 cup lightly toasted pine nuts.
• Brush top of loaf with 1 Tbsp. melted butter and sprinkle lightly with kosher salt or freshly grated Parmesan cheese after baking.
