Simply Organic Red Enchilada Sauce Slow Cooker 8 oz (227 g)

You will need:

• 8 Corn Tortillas
• 8 ounces (about 1 ½ cups) crumbled Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese
• 1 bag simply organic red enchilada simmer sumer

1. Preheat oven to 400º.Lightly grease a 3-quart baking dish.
2. While the oven preheats, wrap the tortillas in foil and warm in the oven for 5 minutes.
3. To assemble the enchiladas, place 2 tablespoons cheese into each warm tortilla. Roll each tortilla and place seam side down in the baking dish.
4. Cover tortillas with sauce over low heat. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes or until heated through. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings.
