You will need

• 1 cup hot water
• 3 Tbsp oil
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped

1. Combine contents of pouch with water. Let sit for 5 min.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Saute pepper and onion until softened.
3. Stir in meatless mix, cook for 4-6 minutes or until brown.
4. Serve immediately on warm tortillas.

Microwave directions

In a microwave safe bowl, mix water & pouch contents. Let sit for 5 minutes. Mix in oil, pepper and onion. Cover bowl and heat on high for 5 minutes. Serve on warm tortillas.

Kick it up! Garnish with cilantro, sliced jalapeno, and pickled onions.

Store rehydrated meatless mix in refrigerator up to 5-7 days.
