You will need

Recommended preparation

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Paleo preparation

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup nut-based milk or water 
  • 1/2 cup ghee or oil

Instructions

Heat oven to 350F. Grease and/or line an 8x8" pan with parchment paper.

Whisk together eggs, milk/water, oil/butter/ghee, and mix in a large bowl until just combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Spread evenly into prepared pan.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
