You will need

• 1 1/2 lbs. Salmon, skin
• 1/4 cup neutral oil (sunflower, canola, vegetable, etc.)
• 1/4 cup of water

Tips

1. Mix the contents of the package with oil and water.
2. Place salmon in a single layer in a sealing dish or freezer bag.
3. Pour marinade over salmon. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to thoroughly coat.
4. Marinate for 30 minutes (or no longer than 1 hour).
5. Grill skin side for 4-6 minutes, flip and grill 4-6 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 145º.

Tips

Substitute salmon with sliced Tempeh;Marinate, then grill for 3 minutes per side.
