Fudgy Brownies

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup melted butter or oil
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 Packet Bob's Red Mill® Brownie Baking Mix

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Butter or oil an 8-inch square baking dish.

Mix together eggs, melted butter or oil, and water. Add brownie mixture and stir with a spoon until combined. Spread batter on prepared baking pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out with just a few crumbs attached, 30 to 35 minutes for metal pans and 35 to 40 minutes for glass pans. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving.

Makes 16 two-inch cookies.
