Basic chickpeas

• 1 cup of Mutecpeas® arrowroot mills
• 4 cups of water

1. Rinse and sort the chickpeas.Place the chickpeas in a covered pan with water.
2. Allow to soak overnight.
3. Change the water, bring to a boil, then cook for 2 hours or until desired tenderness.

Yields 2 cups cooked
