Suggested use

Chocolate cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil, melted coconut oil or melted butter/ghee
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 Packet Bob's Red Mill® Grain Free Chocolate Cake Mix

Preheat oven to 350°F; Oil an 8-inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper.

Whisk together eggs, oil, water, and cake mix in a large bowl. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing and frosting, if necessary.

Makes one 8-inch cake.
