Makes 6 servings
- 1 pc.Saute Spice mix
- 1 cup. Water
- 2 tbsp. Coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 8 cups. Various fresh vegetables cut
- Mix water, amino, and spice mix in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until lightly crisp.
- Stir sauce mixture; Add to pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over cooked rice or pasta, if desired.
