Shake the bottle 3~5 times to mix after washing off, raise your head and keep your eyes closed, spray appropriate amount (4~5 times) 10~20cm away from the face, gently pat the skin to absorb.

*It is recommended to hold your breath and not inhale through your nose or mouth while spraying.
