Makes 6 (2 tacos) servings
- 1 pc. Taco spice mix
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. plant-based protein powder
- 2/3 cup of water
- 12 (6-inch) tortillas, warmed
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add vegetable protein; cook and stir about 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. (Internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
- Stir in the spice mixture and water.
- Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.
