How to make Korean bibimbap

Preparation (for 2 servings):

Korean Hot Sauce with Yuzu 40G, onion 20g.Carrot 20g, zucchini 20g, meat 40g, rice 100g.

1. Chop onion, carrot, zucchini and fry for 4 minutes over low heat.
2. Chop the meat and stir for 5 minutes over low heat.
3. Place the rice, meat and vegetables in a bowl; and add the sauce to the food.

After opening, refrigerate.
