• Pour 1 tablespoon of gelatin into 1/2 cup of cold water.
• Let sit for about 5 minutes.
• Dissolve mixture in 1 1/2 cups of very hot liquid and add desired flavors and sweeteners.(Include as part of the liquid measure.)
• Pour the liquid into the tray of the mold and allow the gelatin to cool until firm to the touch.

Gummies, marshmallows, mousses, formed desserts and salads, thickeners/stabilisers, Bavarian, ice creams, jams, no-bake desserts, egg replacer, aspics.
