Makes about 3 cups of filling. Enough for 12 tacos. (3 Tbsp. filling each)

In a large skillet, brown 1 pound ground turkey or ground beef until crumbly. Add Eatin' Garden's Taco Seasoning, 2/3 cup water. Mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, 8-10 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and salsa or taco sauce.

Tofu tacos: Substitute step 1 above: In a large skillet, sauté 2 (14-ounce) containers firm tofu, drained and cubed, in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for about 3 minutes. Cook as directed.

Bean Tacos: Substitute 2 (15 ounce) cans of your favorite drained beans for ground turkey.
