Thai Coconut Chicken

Fried chicken breast goes well with a mild coconut curry made with coconut milk, basil and Thai spices.

What do you need

• Chicken strips 1 lb
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil
• Large frying pan
• Also great with pork or seafood!

Cook it!

1. Season – Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken.
2. Saute - Heat that pan!Med-high (2 min).Add cooking oil.Cook chicken 2-3 minutes on each side.
3. Sauce – turn heat to low.Add sauce to pan.Cook chicken in sauce for 1 min.
