Brew the best - Mt. Whitney

Always use your mill set to the correct setting for your brewing method. Rinse paper filters with warm water to remove any papery taste. For best results, use filtered or bottled source water.

The proper ratio of coffee to water is 1 part coffee to 16 parts water, or 2 tablespoons per 6-ounce cup of water. Keep it just below boiling with water between 205 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit.

Keep the coffee bag in when not in use to seal in freshness.
