Oil or melted butter 1 1/2 tbsp. 3 tbsp. 4 tbsp.
Milk 2/3 cup 1 1/4 cup 2 cups


Tips

  1. Mix together eggs, butter or oil, and milk. Beat in mixture. Allow batter to sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
  2. Heat a lightly greased griddle or skillet to medium.
  3. Pour batter, little by little 1/4 cup at a time, into skillet or pan. Cook until bubbles form on top side; Flip and cook until lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes.
