Single Batch Recipe

• 1 medium head cauliflower (1.5 lbs. florets) 
• 1 seasoning packet 
• 1 Tbsp. butter, melted 
• 3 Tbsp. olive oil 

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Clean cauliflower and break into bite size florets. Combine butter, oil, and seasoning. Drizzle over cauliflower and toss to combine. Spread florets onto baking sheet and roast 30-35 minutes or until browned and tender.
