Chocolate Cookie Mix

Ingredients (makes about 13 cookies)

• 1 box of chocolate cookie mix
• 3 tablespoons of milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prep by greasing a cookie sheet or placing parchment paper on the bottom.

Whisk together milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add cookie mixture and mix until well combined. Add melted butter to combine and mix until combined. Drop dough onto lined parchment or greased cookie sheet using a tablespoon. Flatten cookies by gently pressing down, if necessary.

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown.Leave to cool on cookie sheet.

NOTE: Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before gently pressing down on the thicker cookie.
