Serves 4

1. In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
2. Stir in soup mixture and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. To enhance it, it is desirable with chopped fresh cilantro, sliced avocado, sliced shallots or shredded cheese.
