Hot tea by the cup*
Heat water to near boiling, 180-190°F Pour 8 ounces of water over one tea bag. Steep 2 minutes. Do not oversteep. Remove tea bag from cup. Sweeten if necessary.

Heat water to near boiling, 180-190°F. Pour water over two tea bags. Steep 2 minutes and remove tea bags. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
