On a bamboo mat, spread a layer of cooked sushi rice on top of the Gimme Sushi Nori, leaving about an inch at the top and bottom edges.
Add all your favorite ingredients along the nearest edge.
Using a bamboo rolling mat, carefully roll the bottom around the fillings, then seal.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
