Suggested use
A sweet but cheeky relative of the chili pepper, paprika is used to add warm, natural color and a slightly spicy flavor to soups, stews, grains, and a variety of entrees. Insanely sweet and colorful, it's a great spice to have on hand. Add it to flour used to dust poultry, meat, and seafood. Include it in salad dressings, where it will both add color and act as an emulsifier, helping to combine oil and vinegar.
