Start with a clean face and apply your favorite facial oil or moisturizer to help the Gua Sha glide easily across your skin. Using moderate pressure, sweep the gua sha under your eyes toward the lobes of your ears. Use an upward motion across your forehead toward your hairline. Starting at the sides of your nose, scrape the gua sha outward toward your ear. Starting at your chin, scrape the gua sha along your jawline. Glide the gua sha in a downward motion across your neck to encourage fluid drainage.
