1. Start with one of the straps, pulling it through the hook attachment and holding it with your fingers to form a loose loop.
2. Secure the loop firmly by sliding the strap over the teeth of the hook.
3. Repeat steps to secure second strip to approximately the same length.
4. Place the mask over your head, gently pulling the straps back.
5. Adjust comfortably to cover your eyes.

You may need to readjust for the proper fit if the mask is too loose or too tight.

Washing Instructions: The mask can be hand washed in cold water using mild soap.Air dry.
