Apply along the upper and lower lash line starting at the inner corner of the eye and working outwards. Suitable for use on the inner edge of the waterline. Eyeliner can be built up using a makeup pencil sharpener. For a more colourful look, use another shade of the infallible Pro-Last™ pencil.
