Read all directions and warnings before use.

1. Remove eye mask from pouch.*Mask begins to heat up as soon as pouch is opened.Use immediately after opening.
2. Tear the ear strips along the perforations.
3. Place the white side of the mask over your eyes with the cut-out edge positioned over your nose and hook the straps around your ears.
4. Relax for 10-20 minutes.
