To use sunscreen:

• Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.
• Re-fold at least every 2 hours.
• Use water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating occurs.

Sun protection measures.Regularly use a sunscreen with a broad-spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures, including:

• Limit your time in the sun, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
