Adults and children over 12 years of age: one serving daily, preferably taken before or between meals.

Mix one (1) scoop with at least 10 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Stir immediately and drink. If too thick, add more liquid and stir. Drinking an additional glass of water is advisable to ensure hydration.
