Metabolic Nutrition, Hydravax, 30 Capsules

Due to the strength of Hydravax, assess your tolerance by taking 1 capsule in the AM for the first 3 days. After assessing, take 1-2 capsules in the AM. During special occasions or contest preparation where rapid weight loss is needed, take 3 capsules in the AM. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water per day to stay adequately hydrated while using Hydravax.
