Health Plus, Super Colon Cleanse, 12 oz (340 g)

Mix 1 rounded measure daily (approximately 5 g) with 10-12 ounces of water or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dose by half. This product can be taken in two separate half (approximately 2.5 g) servings twice daily. Taking this product without sufficient fluids may cause choking. Use Super Colon for approximately 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.

Children (6-12 years): one third (approx. 1.65 g) of the adult dose.
