Health Plus, Super Colon Cleanse, 240 capsules

Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12 oz. of water and drink immediately. If stomach discomfort occurs reduce dosage by half. Taking this product without sufficient fluids may cause choking. Use super colon for about 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): half adult dosage.
