Boiron, Arnica 30x, 3 tubes, approx. 80 granules each

• Turn the tube upside down.
• Twist until 5 pellets are released.
• Remove the cap and pour the granules under your tongue.

Adults and children: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 granules under the tongue 3 times daily until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a physician.
