New to MCT oil?
If you are new to MCT oil powder, start with 1 tablespoon and build up to 3 tablespoons. Allow your body to adjust over time, otherwise you may experience digestive upset. If you experience digestive issues, try an even smaller amount (1/2 tablespoon) and build up.
Add 1-3 tablespoons of MCT + Collagen powder to your morning coffee or add 3 tablespoons to your smoothies or preferred beverage. This product works best when blended into your coffee or smoothie using a countertop blender or in the case of coffee, Frother Milk. A Shaker Bottle will also work if you just add this product to your favorite low-carb beverage or water.
