Brownie Mix

Ingredients (makes 16 brownies)

• 1 box brownie mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/3 cup of water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prep Grease an 8 x 8-inch square pan with butter or line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.

Whisk together eggs, oil, and water in a medium bowl. Add brownie mixture and mix until combined.

Pour onto the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake the cookies for 20 to 23 minutes, until the edges are set. Let cool completely, then run a knife or spatula around the sides and bottom to loosen before removing from the pan.
