Simply Organic, Chimichurri Marinade Mix, 3 Packets, 0.71 oz (20 g) each

You will need:

• 2 pounds pork chops
• ½ cup of olive oil
  
• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1. Mix the contents of the package with the oil and wine vinegar.
2. Place pork chops in a casserole dish or zip-lock bag.
3. Pour marinade over pork. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to thoroughly coat.
4. Marinate for 30 minutes or longer.
5. Grill 6-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°-160°.
