Suggested use

Preparation of oatmeal:

Make on the stovetop:

  1. Bring water.
  2. Stir in the oatmeal slowly.
  3. When oatmeal begins to thicken (about 5 minutes), reduce heat. Simmer for about 25 minutes (or until desired consistency), stirring occasionally.

Note: Steel cut oats are best prepared on the stovetop. Microwave steel cut oats are not recommended.
