Cooking on the stovetop Instructions

This product is raw and must be cooked to enjoy its delicious flavor.

1. In heavy 2 Qt.Saucepan, Sauté Contents of a rice bag in 1 tablespoon.olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add 2 1/2 cups of water and the contents of the spice bag. Mix well and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to simmer and cook uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.
4. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
