Frontier Co-op, Broccoli Cheddar Soup Mix, 16 oz (453 g)

In medium (4-6 quart) pot add 4 cups water and whisk in 1 cup soup mixture. Add 2 cups chopped broccoli and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese or croutons, makes 4 servings.
