HEAT skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375ºF. (Surface is ready when drops of water jump around.) To measure mix, we recommend spooning into a dry measuring cup and leveling.
STIR TOGETHER mix, milk and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot greased skillet for each pancake.
COOK until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry, about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook until golden brown, about 1 minute 30 seconds.

You'll Need
1 2/3 Cups Milk
1 1/3 Cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
HEAT waffle maker.
STIR TOGETHER mix, milk, oil and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour onto center of greased waffle maker.
BAKE about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully.
