Heat a skillet over medium heat or electric heat to 375ºF.
Stir ingredients to remove large lumps; batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
Transfer pancakes to a preheated grill that has been lightly oiled. Flip pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to dry out, about 1 1/2 minutes per side.
Waffles (6") makes about 2 waffles
1 cup Mills® Pancake & Waffle Mix arrows
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup of milk or water
Preheat the Waffle Iron.

Bake batter in hot waffle iron according to Waffle Maker instructions or until steamed and waffles are golden brown.
Tips & Tricks: For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.
