Ingredients

5-6 pancakes

• 3/4 cup mixture
• 1/2 cup of water

15-16 pancakes

• The whole bag
• 1 1/2 cups of water

Tip: For thicker pancakes, use a little less water; For thinner pancakes, use a little more water.

1. Mix your ingredients until combined.Allow the prepared dough to sit for 2 minutes.
2. Heat your skillet over medium heat or turn down the heat to 375ºF.
3. Lightly oil the pan or griddle.
4. Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto a hot griddle or griddle.
5. Cook For 2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are lightly browned.

Do you want waffles?

• Mix 3/4 cup of mixture, 2/3 cup of water and 1 TBSP of oil.
• Mix until combined and let dough rest for 2 minutes.
• Heat waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray.
• Cook according to waffle maker instructions or until waffles are lightly browned.
