Kodiak Cookies, Power Cookies, Flapjack & Waffle Mix, Buttermilk, 20 oz (567 g)

Flapjacks

1 cup Kodiak mix 3/4 cup water*

Mix until batter comes together (do not overcrowd). Pour 1/4 cup batter onto heated and greased griddle or pan. Cook over medium heat or 375°F until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook until golden brown.

Waffles

1 cup Kodiak mix 3/4 cup water* 1 tablespoon oil

Prepare like Flapjacks and add 1 tablespoon oil. Pour batter into heated and greased waffle iron and cook according to Waffle Iron cooking instructions.

*For thicker flapjacks or waffles, simply add more mixture or use less water.
