You will need

• 1 cup hot water
• 3 Tbsp oil
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup ketchup

1. Combine contents of pouch with water. Let sit for 5 min.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Saute pepper and onion until softened.
3. Stir in meatless mix, cook for 4-6 min. or until brown.
4. Add ketchup and saute for 1 min. Serve on burger buns.

Microwave Directions

In a microwave safe bowl, mix water & pouch contents. Let sit for 5 min. Mix in oil, pepper and onion. Cover bowl and heat on high for 5 min. Stir in ketchup & heat for another min. Serve on burger buns.
