You will need 4 servings:

• 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
• 1 1/3 cup boiling water
• 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil

Kitchen Directions

1. Place the buttermilk and water in a saucepan and heat to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add organic mashed potatoes.
3. Add milk and mix thoroughly with a fork to achieve desired consistency. Do not whip.

Microwave tips

1. Place buttermilk, milk, and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute, until buttermilk is spread and water is almost boiling.
2. Stir in organic mashed potatoes.
3. Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes.
4. Mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Do not whip.

The fastest preparation

Pour boiling water and butter spread over bowl. Sprinkle with organic mashed potatoes and mix well. Stir in milk until well mixed. Serve immediately.

For creamy potatoes

Add more milk (add 1 tablespoon at a time to achieve desired consistency).

For stronger potatoes

Let sit 2-3 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers and use within 3 days.
