Basic Cooking Instructions
PIECETOP : Rinse 1 cup of soup mixture and place in a large pot with 3 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until tender, about 60-90 minutes. Add vegetables and seasonings as desired, then serve.
Multi student : Rinse 1 cup of soup mixture and place in multi cooker with 3 cups of water and 1 teaspoon salt. Set valve to seal. On manual setting and high pressure set for 40 minutes. Natural pressure release for 20 minutes, then serve.
Note : To shorten cooking time, simmer 1 cup of soup mixture overnight in 3 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt. Strain and follow cooking instructions above.
