Suggested use

Brownies

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil, melted coconut oil or melted butter/ghee
  • 1 Packet Bob's Red Mill® Free Brownie Mix

Preheat oven to 325°F. Oil an 8 x 8-inch pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, and brownie mixture until well combined. Pour into pan.

For the fudgy brownie, bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the top and center no longer move. For the cake brownie, bake for 25-28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting.

Makes sixteen 2-inch cookies.
